Did you get last week’s activity completed? If so, congratulations! If not, hopefully you at least have a much shorter and more prioritized to-do list.

Take it easy this weekend. Relax. Pamper yourself. Rest. Recharge your batteries.

With your to-do list whittled down, hopefully you are not worried about errands, projects, or other miscellaneous tasks – at least for this weekend.

If you were not able to tackle your to-do list last weekend and are still worried about the things that are taking up space on your list, why don’t you take this weekend off from worries?

That’s right. Take the advice from tip #4 in last week’s post, and pick something to stop doing. That thing is: worrying. And the time is: this weekend.

I know this may seem like a lot to ask. Coming from a fellow worrier, I understand the struggle. Really. I do.

But, trust me, your worries will be there waiting for you next weekend – as well as the items on your to-do list.

Give yourself a break. You deserve it.

This is perfect timing you know? With Sunday being Valentine’s Day, you can be available to your partner for whatever you two crazy cats decide to get into.

You will be available not only by being physically present, but also by being mentally and emotionally present, free of distractions and worry, and free of the menial tasks that take up space in your mind, as well as space on your to-do list.

That’s it folks. Short, sweet, and to the point. Enjoy your weekend with your beautiful mate.
